How can I close myPaysafe?

Closing your myPaysafe is easy. Simply go to the Settings menu in your myPaysafe and click the “Close” button at the bottom the web page.

If you’re using the myPaysafe app, tap on the Profile icon (top-right of the Homepage) > Personal details > "Close".
I want to close myPaysafe, but I still have some balance left.
To close your myPaysafe, make sure to spend any remaining PIN credit.
Once your myPaysafe is closed, it cannot be reactivated. If you wish to use our services in the future, you can sign up at any time at www.paysafecard.com.
