Can I cancel my payment or purchase?

It is not possible to cancel a payment made with PaysafeCard once the "Pay" button is pressed on the payment panel.
If you are still on the payment panel and haven't yet confirmed the transaction, you can cancel it by clicking on the cross in the top right-hand side corner. 

Can I receive a refund for a payment with the PaysafeCard?

All transactions are final and irreversible. They cannot be refunded or charged back. 

I did not receive my goods after I made a purchase. What should I do?

PaysafeCard does not sell goods and services. If there is a delay with the delivery of your goods, please contact the online shop’s customer service.
