How can I register for myPaysafe?

Simply visit our website or mobile app (Google Play/Apple Store) and click Sign up to get started. Make sure you use your own IP and avoid using VPN or other proxy services to complete the registration.

You will be asked to:

• choose your country;
• create your myPaysafe credentials (email address and password);
• verify your email via a verification link
• enter your personal details (such as names, date of birth, etc.);
• enter your address details;
• enter and verify your phone number by confirming the SMS code you’ll receive.

All the data you submit must be correct and must match your ID and current place of residence.

If you don’t receive the email/SMS confirmation code, check whether you’ve entered the correct data. You can also resend the code or update your email address/phone number. For the email verification code, check your Spam/Junk folders and ensure you can receive emails. For the SMS code, ensure you have enough credit to receive text messages, if you’re using a prepaid phone.
