Why did my PaysafeWallet top-up fail?

Topping up your Wallet (formerly known as PaysafeWallet) is easy with three options available:

  1. Use your PaysafeCard account balance 
  2. Use PaysafeCash (available only on the PaysafeCard website)
  3. Make a bank transfer

What can I do if my top-up is missing or has failed?

  • Funding your Wallet with your PaysafeCard account balance is instant; however, on rare occasions, it can take up to 24 hours for the funds to be transferred.
  • Depositing funds from your bank account to Wallet can take from a few minutes up to 3 business days, depending on the sender’s bank. In case the funds are still missing after that timeframe has passed, please refer to the article linked below.
