SEPA Direct Debit is a payment system that allows businesses and banks to collect payments directly from your bank account in euros. The service works across European countries, making it convenient for both domestic and cross-border transactions.

Direct debits are used for regular payments like subscriptions, utility bills, or one-time purchases. 

How can I cancel a recurring Direct Debit?

If you want to cancel a specific recurring payment before it has been executed, contact the respective merchant for assistance.

In case the merchant does not cooperate, make sure to inform us before the scheduled collection date using the contact form below. Include all payment details (merchant, payment date, amount, etc.).

This way, we can cancel the upcoming payment while keeping your subscription active for future transactions.

Can I get a refund of my collected Direct Debits? 

To receive a refund of a collected direct debit(s), simply inform us using the contact form below. Provide us with transaction date and time, amount and merchant name.

Direct debit payments can be found in your Account & Card transaction history and marked as subscription transactions.

Once we have forwarded your refund request to the merchant and they accept it, the amount will be credited back to your Account & Card balance within 1 business day.
