What's happening?  

The PaysafeCard Mastercard® product will be discontinued as of July 31, 2025.  Our priority is to ensure a smooth and seamless transition for our customers.  

Can I still use my PaysafeCard Mastercard® after July 31st?  

Yes, you can continue using your active card for transactions until it expires (as visible on your card), regardless of when that expiry date is.

What happens to the money on my card?  

Your PaysafeCard Mastercard® balance will remain fully usable until your card expires. If you still have funds on your card when it expires, we'll automatically transfer that amount to your PaysafeCard account balance.

My card is expiring soon. What should I do?

If your card is about to expire, we recommend taking these actions:  

• Use or withdraw any remaining balance  
• Inform parties from whom you expect payments, that your Mastercard® is expiring  
• Cancel any subscriptions linked to your expiring card  
• Destroy and safely dispose of your card after the expiration date  

Will this affect my PaysafeCard account?  

Not at all. Your PaysafeCard account remains unaffected by these changes, and you can continue using all other available services as usual.

What if my PaysafeCard Mastercard® is lost or stolen?  

Since we're phasing out this product, we won't be replacing cards that are lost, stolen, undelivered, or misplaced. If any of these situations apply to you, inform us using the contact form below.

Is there another card product I can use instead?  

Yes! We offer another service that includes both physical and a virtual Mastercard® - Account & Card.
