You can buy an online PIN with Bancontact by visiting the PIN Shop and selecting Bancontact as the payment option.
How do I use Bancontact?
- Go to the PIN Shop on web or tap on Buy PaysafeCard online in the app, select Bancontact and enter the amount.
- Check the box if you want to automatically top up the PIN amount to your PaysafeCard balance.
- Enter your Bancontact card details or scan the QR code with your banking app to confirm the payment.
What are the fees and limits?
We do not charge a fee for online PIN purchases.

To take full advantage of all the available PaysafeCard features, you can also register a PaysafeCard account so you can add your PINs and pay online using your account balance.
I was charged but I still haven’t received my PIN, what should I do?
Typically, payments with Bancontact are instant, however sometimes the bank may take longer to confirm that your payment has been processed. If this happens, we will issue your PIN when the payment is fully processed, which can take up to one full business day. As soon as your PIN is created, you’ll receive an email notification.
If a full business day has passed and you still haven’t received your PIN, please contact us for additional support.
