Opening a PaysafeCard account does not incur a fee. However, the following charges may arise when using the account:

• Refund fee: This fee is directly deducted from the refunded amount and is applied to each refund. Benefit from our self-service offering to save on fees, simply create a PaysafeCard account and top-up your 16-digit code.
• Service fee: If you don’t use your PaysafeCard to make transactions for a period of 12 months, a service fee will be charged every subsequent month. Save on fees by creating a PaysafeCard account and topping up your 16-digit code. 
• Conversion fee: PaysafeCard charges a fee for transactions with currency conversions. The PaysafeCard currency calculator will instantly give you the current exchange rate. Just enter the amount that you want to convert and select the currencies.
• Top-up fee: You may be charged a fee when adding money to your PaysafeCard account balance depending on the top-up option.
• Different products within PaysafeCard, such as Account & Card incur different fees.
