How do I top-up myPaysafe balance?

Topping up myPaysafe is simple. Log in, enter the 16-digit PIN located on your purchase receipt in the field on the homepage and press “+” to add funds. Your prepaid code credit will be instantly added to the myPysafe balance.

1. Navigate to the app home screen
2. Tap on “Add Money”
3. Enter or scan your 16-digit code 
4. Press “Top Up”
