How can I check my balance and download my transaction history?

Your available credit can be found on your account immediately after login. A clear overview of your past transactions is available in the Transactions section. Choose the transaction type and a time period, which shouldn’t be longer than six months. Click the Printer icon to export your transaction history in PDF.
In the myPaysafe app, your activity will appear on the Home screen under Recent transactions.
Your Mastercard balance is different from the balance of your account and can be found in the Mastercard section (product available for certain customers/areas only).
If you have Account & Card (available in certain countries/areas only) activated, you can check your balance in the Account & Card section of your account.
