Why is my payment missing in the online shop?

Payments are usually credited to online shops within a few minutes.

Sometimes the payment amountis deducted from PaysafeCard but the online shop may not be able to complete it due to technical issues or a high volume of transaction requests. If the transaction is still in “pending” status in the online shop, please wait for a couple of hours for it to be processed.

Note: On promotional "sale" periods with higher transaction volumes, there might be a delay in processing payments by some shops. In such cases, we advise you to wait for 1-2 days until you have the balance credited.

If the amount is still not visible after that timeframe, contact the online shop's customer service and send the following transaction details so that the online shop can process your request:

  • Transaction ID
  • Online shop ID

You can find all transaction details listed above by entering your 16-digit code in the balance check tool.

If you have completed the payment using your myPaysafe, you can go to transaction history to check all the details.

Moreover, if you have more than one account at this online shop, make sure to check all your accounts for the amount in question.
