If you ticked the auto top-up option checkbox during your online PIN purchase or did not uncheck it (when preselected), this means the purchased PIN was automatically topped up to your PaysafeCard account balance and you won’t be receiving a separate PIN code.

Where can I find my PIN if auto top-up to my PaysafeCard account failed?

If you've successfully purchased an online PIN but the automatic top-up failed, you can find your PIN in your PaysafeCard transaction history on web, in the ‘Shop’ tab on our mobile app or in the purchase confirmation email we've sent you.

If you’ve reached the maximum top-up limit while purchasing a PIN, and your PaysafeCard account was restricted the PIN auto top-up will not be completed. Please verify your account to enable it for payments. You can then manually top up the PIN or spend it directly with a merchant.

How can I spend my PIN if it was auto topped up? 

To use your funds, simply choose your PaysafeCard account balance as payment method at any supported online shop. At checkout, you’ll be asked to enter your PaysafeCard credentials to complete the transaction.

A list of supported online shops is displayed on your PaysafeCard account dashboard. Alternatively, check the payment options at your preferred shop or contact their support to confirm if they accept PaysafeCard account payments.

Why was the auto top-up option preselected for my PIN purchase?

When you buy PIN online, your selection for the auto top-up option is saved for future purchases. If it was enabled during your last purchase, it will be pre-selected the next time you buy a PIN. If it was disabled, it will remain unchecked by default. 

You can always change your selection manually before completing your next purchase.
