Why can’t I use the rewarded 16-digit code?

Paysafecard has various promotional campaigns with different webshops and vendors. 16-digit paysafecards rewarded as a bonus usually have specific usage conditions.

Date of expiry: paysafecard 16-digit code prizes can only be redeemed during a specific period. 
Combination codes: Some promotional 16-digit codes can only be used in combination with a paysafecard purchased by you. In such cases the amount of the purchased voucher must be higher than the promotional one and they need to be in the same currency. 
Only redeemable at the same shop: If you won a paysafecard in a competition, that code is usually only redeemable in the online shop that issued the reward.
