How can I use paysafecard in Google Play?
Link your myPaysafe to Google Play once and pay with just one click for all your entertainment.
1. Login to myPaysafe.
2. From the welcome screen go to Pay on Google play and click Connect.

Note: You can use paysafecard to pay in Google Play only if you have a myPaysafe registration.
You can set up future recurring payments and automatic subscriptions to be completed using myPaysafe. If you wish to unlink your myPaysafe from your Google Play wallet you can do so from both profiles’ settings menu.

My payment got declined
Your payment may not be completed in myPaysafe for the following reasons:
- Incorrect credentials: make sure you are entering the correct username and password.
- You have reached a payment/account limit: To check your current limits, follow this link.
- Your account needs to be upgraded: For information on upgrades, please check the related articles bellow.
- You do not have sufficient balance: Top up your myPaysafe to proceed with the payment.
- Technical error: resolve by using different browsers or devices, refreshing your connection, restarting your device.
My transaction is completed in myPaysafe, but not visible in Google Play
We advise you to allow sometime for the payment to be processed and contact Google support.
