Why was an amount deducted from myPaysafe, but not credited to the online shop?

As a rule, the transaction amount is credited to the online shop within a few minutes. In very exceptional circumstances (for example, due to technical problems) the online shop may not be able to carry out your desired transaction, even though the PIN credit has already been deducted from your paysafecard.

If this happens, please contact the online shop's customer service to receive a subsequent credit. Send the following transaction details so that the online shop can process your request:

  • Transaction ID
  • Online shop ID
  • Your user name for the online shop
  • The e-mail address you have registered with the online shop
