What is the maintenance fee of a PaysafeCard prepaid code?

Maintenance fee is the fee you get charged to cover the costs associated with managing and maintaining your PaysafeCard prepaid code. If your PaysafeCard voucher is not fully redeemed within 1 month after purchase, you will be charged a maintenance fee. This fee will be deducted from your balance monthly until it is 0.00. However, your balance cannot go into negative. To avoid the maintenance fee simply spend the funds at a web shop within 1 month of purchase.

An alternative way to avoid the maintenance fee is to register a PaysafeCard account and top it up with your prepaid code. This allows you to store all your prepaid codes in a single balance and use higher limits amongst other benefits. PaysafeCard account holders are not charged monthly maintenance fee for the prepaid codes that have been topped up in the account.
