How can I change my address?

Note that you can’t change your address via the PaysafeCard app. Log in from a web browser instead.

If your PaysafeCard account is with Standard status, you can change your registered address (except your country) at any time by following the steps below:

  1. Log in to your account via a web browser.
  2. Go to Settings and click the pencil button next to your address.
  3. Enter your new address.  .  
  4. Click Save.

If you’ve upgraded your status to Unlimited, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account via a web browser.
  2. Go to My Cases and create a new request, attaching a document proving your new address. You can find a list of all requirements in the related article below.
  3. Alternatively, you can also use the contact channel below to submit your proof of address.
  4. You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your document has been reviewed.

If you’ve moved to another country or selected the wrong one upon registration, please close your account and register again. To do so, go to Settings > Close account (using a web browser) or tap the Profile icon > Account details > Close account (using the PaysafeCard app).
