Which organisations support customers at risk?

Copied to clipboard

We have trained members of our Customer Support to help customers at risk by treating them with care and respect . However, our scope for specialized support is limited; some of your needs may require professional support from third-party organizations.

For anything outside of our scope, we can refer you externally to professional organizations, or to specialized charities.

We’ve also put together a list of contact details for some organizations you may find helpful.

The details below are relevant to the United Kingdom and Ireland only. If you’re located elsewhere, check with your local organizations to find out which ones suit your needs best.
