How can I top-up PaysafeCard Mastercard®?

Your PaysafeCard Mastercard® can be topped up only by using your PaysafeCard account balance. If there is no balance in your account, simply top it up from your Dashboard using a PaysafeCard voucher.

Note that your PaysafeCard Mastercard® balance is separate from your PaysafeCard balance. Once funds are transferred to your Mastercard® balance, they cannot be moved back to the PaysafeCard balance. 

Instead, you can withdraw your funds via an ATM that supports Mastercard® or spend them at a merchant online or in-store. 

Alternatively, we can transfer any remaining card balance to your bank account. For this purpose, send us a bank statement, showing the following details: IBAN, BIC, bank name, account holder name (the details of the account holder must match the details in the PaysafeCard account).
