Using your Wallet (formerly known as PaysafeWallet) balance you can perform SEPA transfers to other bank accounts in your name or third-party bank accounts. You can add a new recipient or choose from previously saved ones.

Here’s how to make a transfer:

  1. Visit the Wallet section and press Send
  2. Select a previously saved recipient from your list or choose Send to New Recipient and enter the full beneficiary bank account details
  3. Enter the amount you wish to send and add a short transfer description
  4. Review the checkout details and confirm the payment

We’ll ask you to verify the transaction via a push notification sent to your PaysafeCard mobile app.

What are the fees?

The applicable fees vary depending on your Wallet Plan.

How long does it take for a SEPA transfer to be processed?

Depending on the recipient bank, a transfer can take anywhere from a few minutes to 3 (three) business days. If the recipient bank supports instant SEPA transfers, we will automatically execute your payment as an instant transfer.

Can I make transfers to foreign countries or in currencies other than EUR?

With Wallet, you can only make transfers to countries within the EEA (European Economic Area) in EUR.

How can I store a list of my recipients?

Upon performing a successful transfer, the recipient bank account details are automatically saved. You can view and delete any stored recipients via the Wallet section > Send.
