Why didn’t I receive push notification or SMS for my PaysafeCard Mastercard® payment?
Certain transactions require additional payment verification. This is an extra security measure designed to help prevent online payment fraud. During online payments, you might need to verify your transaction by receiving a push notification through your PaysafeCard mobile app.

- If the masked mobile phone number displayed on the 3D Secure page does not match your current number, update your phone number by going to Account > Settings > click on the Pencil icon next to your number.
- If you are still experiencing problems, allow a few minutes and then try again.
