What are my limits?

We aim at providing you with flawless customer experience with as little limitations as possible. However, to comply with different regulatory requirements your myPaysafe account, PaysafeCard prepaid code and their related products may have certain limits depending on your country of residence, and your myPaysafe account verification status.

Where can I see my PaysafeCard and myPaysafe limits?

Find your fees and limits on the dedicated page.

How can I increase my limits?

There are several types of limits:

  • Top-up and spending limits per month, year or lifetime: this is the cumulative amount you’ve spent or topped up in your account within the said period.
  • Maximum transaction limit: the maximum amount you can spend in a single transaction.
  • Balance limit: the maximum amount you can have in your myPaysafe balance. If you reach this limit, you need to spend the balance to a web shop

Upon registration, you get a Standard myPaysafe account. Completing just a simple Status Upgrade from Standard to Unlimited will increase the above-mentioned limits.

Check your Standard Status limits in your Account -> Limits and Status. To upgrade, simply click on "Increase your limits" and follow the steps.

What are my Account & Card limits?

Your Account & Card limits can be found at the dedicated page. They can be daily or monthly. Single SEPA IN/ SEPA OUT payments also have a maximum limit. These limits cannot be increased.

What to do if I have reached my limits?

PaysafeCard prepaid code customers can enjoy higher limits if they register for a myPaysafe account.

For myPaysafe customers, simply Upgrade your account by verifying your identity.

Alternatively, you can allow some time for the rolling limit to be reset or spend your balance.
