Why is there no credit on my 16-digit code?

If you receive an error that there is no available balance on your 16-digit code, there might be a few reasons for this.


First, make sure you are not entering a paysafecard you have used for a previous payment or loaded it into a different myPaysafe balance.

Also, even though we do not charge fees for payments to online shops, there might be fees charged by the merchant or currency exchange fees that might make the payment amount exceed your available balance.


You can retry the payment for a smaller amount or try combining more than one 16-digit code to make sure you can cover the desired payment amount.

You can check the available funds on your paysafecard by using the Balance Check feature.
