Copied to clipboard

If you’ve been given Power of Attorney by a myPaysafe customer you should provide us with the following documents to manage their account:

  • a copy of your personal identification document;
  • a copy of the personal identification document of the account holder;
  • a copy of the Power of Attorney document confirming your rights.

Depending on the case we might also require a copy of your bank statement.

All documents must be valid and clearly readable. A bank statement should have been issued within the last 90 days.

What is Power of Attorney?

We understand that using our products and services can be tricky for some. This might be the case if someone is affected by a physical or cognitive disability mental health problems addiction or low literacy numeracy language or digital skill levels.

With a Power of Attorney document our customers may designate a person or entity to act on their behalf in managing their financial affairs.

The document must specify what powers are given to the agent (the designated person) and when exactly those powers are to take effect.

If you’re unsure of what actions you need to take please contact us via the available channel below. We aim to provide you with the same level of support as we would our own customers.
