Why am I suddenly unable to upload any more paysafecard PINs into myPaysafe?

If you can no longer upload PINs into myPaysafe, please check whether you have already reached your top-up limit.

If your upload limit has not yet been reached, please note the following points:

Did you buy your paysafecard PIN in the same country where you registered yourself? Please note that myPaysafe can only have paysafecard PINs uploaded that were acquired in the country where your myPaysafe is registered.
Did you enter the paysafecard PINs correctly? Please always check your entry before clicking on "Add PIN".
Is there still credit on your paysafecard PIN? Only 16-digit PINs with PIN credit can be uploaded to myPaysafe.
