If myPaysafe is blocked for security reasons, you will immediately receive an error message taking you to the online form "Application for unblocking". Please complete this form truthfully. This is the only way that the paysafecard Support Team can process your case further.

If you cannot log in, it sometimes helps to delete the cookies in your browser settings or to try logging in with another browser.
Your password has not been accepted?
Use the "Forgot password" function to reset your password.
You can choose between two options:
Option 1: Reset the password using a text code- Enter the mobile phone number which is stored in myPaysafe.
- Enter online the four-digit confirmation code that you have received by text (this may take a few minutes).
- Set a new password.
Option 2: Reset password via email
- Enter the email address stored in your myPaysafe.
- Click on the link that you get from us by email.
- Enter online the four-digit confirmation code that you receive by text (this may take a few minutes).
- Set a new password.
- If you have not received the SMS with the four-digit confirmation code, you can try another method by clicking on "Didn’t receive a text message?" and then "Try a different option". Enter the date of birth and zip code as they are in your myPaysafe and click on “Continue”.
Your username was not accepted?
Use the "Forgot username" function in order to display your username.
You have two options available:
Option 1: Find out username via SMS code- Enter the mobile phone number which is stored in myPaysafe.
- Enter online the four-digit confirmation code that you receive by text (this may take a few minutes).
- Your username will be displayed.
Option 2: Find out your username via email
- Enter the email address stored in your myPaysafe.
- Click on the link that you get from us by email.
- Your username will be displayed.
If you can no longer upload PINs into myPaysafe, please check whether you have already reached your top-up limit.
If your upload limit has not yet been reached, please note the following points:
- Did you buy your paysafecard PIN in the same country where you registered yourself? Please note that myPaysafe can only have paysafecard PINs uploaded that were acquired in the country where your myPaysafe is registered.
- Did you enter the paysafecard PINs correctly? Please always check your entry before clicking on "Add PIN".
- Is there still credit on your paysafecard PIN? Only 16-digit PINs with PIN credit can be uploaded to myPaysafe.
You have the option on the text message code entry page to have the confirmation code resent to you and to correct your telephone number.
If you have still not received the confirmation code after resending or changing your telephone number, you can repeat the registration process at any time.
Please note that myPaysafe has not yet been created and the data entered will not be stored until your registration is complete.
To cancel myPaysafe, open the menu entry "My details" in myPaysafe and then click on the button "Close access area" at the end of the web page.
If you still have PIN credit, please spend it or have the residual amount paid out to your bank account.
