I receive the following error message when I try to pay: This PIN does not currently have any available credit on it.

Clicking on "Pay" in the payment panel sends your payment to the online shop. The amount is usually transferred to the online shop within a couple of minutes.

In exceptional cases, such as the result of technical problems, the online shop is unable to process your payment and the amount will be credited back to you. The amount is usually available for you to use again within a maximum of two hours after the transaction.

If it is still not visible on your paysafecard after two hours, please send us the serial number of your paysafecard by e-mail.

Tip: You can check the status of your payment at any time by using our Balance Check feature. Its status will be displayed under "Details".
