myPaysafe Riot VCT signup Bonus Promotion Terms and Conditions
1.The paysafecard promotion is conducted by paysafecard.com Wertkarten GmbH, Am Euro Platz 5, 1120 Vienna ("paysafecard").
2. Promotion period: The promotion will take place between 24.06.2024 00:00 and 28.07.2024 23:59 CET. Any account signup outside of this period will not be eligible for bonus.
3. All natural persons resident in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom are eligible to participate by
- opening a myPaysafe account, following the applicable rules for registration in each jurisdiction, including the age requirement, using the promotional code “boostme” during signup.
4. A 5 EUR paysafecard promo credit will automatically be loaded into the myPaysafe account of the person eligible to participate, as soon as all of the conditions of entry listed above are fulfilled. The credit is valid until 28 July 2024 and redeemable on Riot.
5. Only one entry is permitted per person. Attempts to participate more often will lead to disqualification from the promotion. Participation in the promotion cannot be transferred to others.
6. Cash payment is not possible. The organiser's decision is final. Austrian law applies. paysafecard accepts no responsibility for (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by a Participant, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of this Promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of this Promotion or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in this Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
7. At any time, paysafecard is authorised to discontinue the promotion for a compelling reason during the period of the promotion, without prior notice and without stating reasons. This particularly applies in cases of organisational or technical complications (e.g. computer system viruses, manipulation or failure of hardware or software, etc.) or when necessary for legal reasons.
8. Fraudulent or manipulative activity will result in immediate disqualification from the promotion. paysafecard employees and their relatives are not eligible to enter the promotion.
9. The feminine form is considered equivalent to the masculine form in this document. The masculine form has only been used for the purpose of simplification.
