Keeping your information safe is extremely important to us.
To strengthen the security of the paysafecard loading process, we now require all prepaid codes to be bought for personal use only.
What does this mean?
From today (9 May 2023), the tax ID used to buy paysafecard prepaid codes must match the tax ID linked to your myPaysafe account.
This means you can no longer top up your account with a code bought using someone else’s tax ID (e.g. from a friend or family member).
Mismatched tax IDs will result in unsuccessful loading, we advise you to check your account to make sure that your tax ID is correct
