Account & Card- Apple Pay Bonus Promotion Terms and Conditions
1. Promotion organiser: Paysafe Prepaid Services Ltd, 70 Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2, D02 R296, Ireland ("Paysafe").
2. Promotion period: The promotion will take place between 01.03.2024 09:00 and ends on 28.02.2025 23:59 CET. Any transactions made outside of this period will not be eligible for bonus.
3.Eligibility Criteria This Promotion is available only to Account & Card account holders, as per the General Terms and Conditions for myPaysafe Account "Account & Card” who
(i) resident in eligible countries;
(ii) have provisioned their virtual or physical debit Mastercard into Apple Pay
3.1 Customers who fulfil the above criteria are eligible for a €5 bonus by successfully performing a transaction with their Card via Apple Pay within 7 days after they receive the Invitation Email directly from paysafecard.
3.2 For the purpose of this Promotion Qualifying Transactions are successful transactions using your physical or virtual Card via Apple Pay® either online, or at a physical point of sale with a merchant that accepts Mastercard® and is supporting Apple Pay® for the purchase of goods and services.
3.3 The following transactions shall not be considered Qualifying Transactions for the purpose of this Promotion:
a) Uploads to, withdrawals from your Account & Card, including ATM (automated teller machine) cash withdrawals from your Card;
b) Transactions between linked Accounts with Skrill;
c) Transfers from your myPaysafe Account to your Account & Card;
4. Paysafe shall transfer €5 (or currency equivalent) to participants that have met all the Eligibility Criteria directly into their Account & Card Account as an in-account credit within 15 working days after they performed a transaction via Apple Pay without further notice or request to respective Participants.
5. Only one entry is permitted per person. Attempts to participate more often will lead to disqualification from the promotion. Participation in the promotion cannot be transferred to others.
6. Cash payment is not possible. The organiser's decision is final. The law of Participant’s country of residence will be applied. Paysafe accepts no responsibility for (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by a Participant, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of this Promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of this Promotion or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in this Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
7. At any time, Paysafe is authorised to discontinue the promotion for a compelling reason during the period of the promotion, without prior notice and without stating reasons. This particularly applies in cases of organisational or technical complications (e.g. computer system viruses, manipulation or failure of hardware or software, etc.) or when necessary for legal reasons.
8. Fraudulent or manipulative activity will result in immediate disqualification from the promotion. paysafecard employees and their relatives are not eligible to enter the promotion.
9. The feminine form is considered equivalent to the masculine form in this document. The masculine form has only been used for the purpose of simplification.
